I am Sandun Mendis, the Founder and Managing Director of SIRI NISSANKA ASSOCIATES (PVT) LTD, established on May 1st, 2024, inspired by my grandfather, Mr. Siri Nissanka. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to providing meticulous valuation services with an unwavering focus on accuracy, integrity, and professionalism. My work involves conducting thorough inspections, precise measurements, detailed data collection, and insightful analysis of market transactions — ensuring every valuation is carried out to the highest standards.

🌟 Key Achievement 🌟I was honoured to receive a Merit Reward from the inaugural batch of the Pro Realtors Academy – Sri Lanka’s first and only real estate education programme certified by the Tertiary & Vocational Education Commission (TVEC).

This historic certification established Pro Realtors Academy as the only officially recognized institute for real estate education in the country, creating life-changing opportunities for aspiring professionals. Being among the very first to complete this programme with Merit recognition, I take great pride in being part of a new generation of certified real estate professionals shaping Sri Lanka’s property industry.

My expertise extends beyond valuation services, strengthened by my background in Engineering. I have received specialized training in CNC Part Programming using Pro/Engineer and SolidCAM, as well as Parametric 3D Modelling using Pro/Engineer and SolidWorks. These technical skills allow me to bring precision, innovation, and a systematic approach to every project I undertake.

Before embarking on my career in valuation, I gained valuable experience as a Die Shop Manager in the manufacturing industry. This role helped me develop strong leadership, team management, and process optimization skills — qualities that continue to guide my work today.

At SIRI NISSANKA ASSOCIATES, I lead a team driven by professionalism, integrity, and client satisfaction. Whether it’s residential, commercial, or industrial valuations, my focus remains on delivering accurate, reliable, and value-driven results that exceed expectations.
